It's a transmigration cultivation novel where a human from earth takes over the body of a small sect Elder, only with atrocious cultivation talent, a dislike of battles, and a system geared towards raising disciples. Still, he gets the ability to create uniquely fitting battle arts to serve their growth, and inevitably proceeds to be saddled by 'happenstance' with a group of young disciples that are, each of them, absolutely monstrous heaven-defying talents. This all contrasts comically with their master's own lack of proficiency, while they develop a growing attachment to him as a benevolent father figure. It's hilarious, it's heartwarming, it's clever and intensely interesting. Not many works make me laugh out loud, and this one did it repeatedly. I couldn't put it down and gobbled the initial 360 chapters in no time. I will now go out of my way to find out how author-san can deservedly take my money, and ensure I support this novel onward.
We're close to 600 chapters on Patreon. It's still excellent. Even with a daily chapter drop, the wait is agonizing.
